Lisa began working at Costello Hill & Co. in 2017 as the Firm Administrator. She was born in Chicago, Illinois and was raised in Flemington, New Jersey. Lisa moved to Greensboro to attend Guilford College. After graduation, Lisa went on to own her own business. She was a local favorite chef, and was known for owning and operating Biancas. After two decades, Lisa changed careers to start a new chapter in her life.

Lisa and her husband live in Greensboro. Together they have seven children and are almost empty nesters. Lisa enjoys cooking, gardening, puzzles, tennis, and traveling with her friends and family.
